Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Section 1

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the sona101 platform, you automatically agree to these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between sona101 and its users.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

These terms apply only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Local laws may apply to users outside of Bangladesh.
Continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.
Sona101 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

Account Creation, Security & Account Policy

Sections 2 & 7

To open an account with sona101, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Registration Requirements

Users must be 18 years of age or older.
Providing your correct name, address, and mobile number is mandatory.
A valid and active email address is required.
A national ID may be requested for identity verification purposes.

Account Suspension or Closure

Providing false information will result in immediate account termination.
Accounts found to be engaged in fraudulent activity will be suspended.
Violations of these terms may result in action being taken without prior notice.
Users may also request to close their account at any time.

It is your responsibility to keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the sona101 support team immediately.

Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities

Sections 3 & 4

All users must adhere to a specific code of conduct while using the sona101 platform. The following rules must be followed to ensure the smooth operation of the platform and a safe experience for everyone.

Permitted Activities

Using gaming and betting services for personal entertainment purposes.
Keeping your information up to date and your account secure.
Conducting transactions in BDT in compliance with applicable laws.
Communicating honestly with the support team.

Prohibited Activities

Any attempt to hack platform systems, use malware, or carry out cyberattacks is strictly prohibited.
Attempting to access another user's account or steal their personal information.
Using bots, automated scripts, or any method to gain an artificial advantage.
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Operating an account under a false identity or conducting transactions anonymously on behalf of another person.
Unauthorized copying or distribution of the platform's content, design, or software.

Payments, Deposits & Transaction Information

Section 5

Sona101 handles all financial transactions for users in Bangladesh in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Terms

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply — full details are available on the payments page.
Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
Post-deposit processing times vary depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests will go through a verification process.
Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same account used for the original deposit.
Transaction fees may apply where relevant.

All transactions are processed in BDT. sona101 is not liable for any financial discrepancies arising from exchange rate fluctuations. If suspicious financial activity is detected, sona101 reserves the right to suspend transactions and, where necessary, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

Sections 6, 8 & 9

Limitation of Liability

Sona101's liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the platform is limited. In particular, the platform shall not be held responsible in the following cases:

If a session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault.
If loss occurs due to issues with the user's own device or network.
If a transaction is affected by a disruption to a third-party service.
If a user's password or account details are compromised due to their own negligence.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the sona101 platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, and multimedia — is protected under the intellectual property rights of sona101 or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Links

Sona101 is not directly liable for the operations of any third-party services or payment gateways referenced on the platform. Users are advised to read the terms and conditions of any relevant third party.

Terms Updates, Governing Law & Contact

Section 10

Right to Amend Terms

Sona101 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, sona101 will endeavor to notify users via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between sona101 and the user, superseding any prior oral or written understandings. Should any provision of these terms be deemed unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
